Poland – The numbers game

3448 km Travelled

Over 7 days

Across 4 Flights

Riding 1 Train

Sleeping in 2 Hotels

And enjoying the luxury of 2 Apartments.

Now, on to the killer question…

How much did this cost?

Flight Total – £71.98 each (Combination of Ryanair and Wizz)

Train Total – £15 each

Accommodation Total – £174 (Between 2)

Uber – £45

The rest of the sightseeing was self-funded; we used google, some specific apps for each town and did a lot of research before we went so we knew exactly what we wanted to see and how long it would take to get from attraction to attraction. This is partially where Uber came in as we used it to cover a quite a large amount of distance in a short time. This is not a necessity; we purely did it to save time.

Obviously, this doesn’t include food and drink for the week, but just as a rough estimate, a beer is around £1.5, vodka £1 and a main meal at a nice restaurant circa £6-10. These are all outgoings which you have full control over. As it was one of my main holidays for the year, I probably splashed out a little more on food and drink than I normally would.

The grand total for flights and accommodation for a week was £160
